Title: Mortgage Advisor

Location: Colchester (hybrid or fully remote)

We are working with a fantastic brokerage based in Essex, and due to growing lead sources, they are looking for another Mortgage Advisor to join them.

This is a self-employed role – there are no monthly costs, all leads provided (many of them are HNW!), and they can pay a retainer to guarantee your earnings for the first few months.

Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities;

• Advise customers on the best mortgage for them
• Ensure customers are fully informed throughout the process.
• Work alongside an impression admin department to ensure the mortgage application is smooth for the customer.
• Help the team continue to innovate outstanding mortgage advice technology by trialling new ideas and processes.

Requirements to become a Mortgage Advisor;

• Minimum 1 years Mortgage Advisor experience, CeMAP and CAS required.
• Whole of market background is required.
• You’ll ideally be based in the South East, although this role can be fully remote.
