Mortgage Advisor OTE £80k – £100k

Location Remote (with the occasional team meeting/training in London), Option to work out of their office in the City.

You’ll be joining a team of over 30 brokers and anybody we have placed into the business is yet to leave. They help advisors grow their pipeline and have them earning great money. Their top advisors are doing upwards of 300k per year and earning 70%+ in commission from it.

Earnings and Perks

Commission starts at 70%, then goes up to 85%.

They are directly authorised with great rates, so you won’t earn better from your cases anywhere else. And on top of this, there are no monthly fees that you have to pay as a broker.

You have the option of bringing your own admin/trainee on and building a team around you.

Role overview

You will be responsible for providing excellent mortgage & protection advice and service to your clients.

You will be part of developing a strong working broker team with excellent working standards and practice.

This role suits a mortgage advisor that wants a lifestyle business, somewhere that they can write 50-60k a year and have a day off in the week, but also suits a mortgage advisor that is looking to hit those 300k+ business levels.

Key Skills Required

  • You must be a mortgage advisor, a go-getter, willing to grow your mortgage business and pipeline. There may be leads that you have to deal with from the company as well at times.
  • Excellent communication skills particularly on the telephone, and a clear ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with clients
  • Excellent client service standards
  • First class planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent product knowledge and quick to learn about new products and services

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year mortgage advice experience
  • Previous self-employed experience an advantage
  • A proven and successful record in mortgage & protection sales
