Salary: 35k basic + commission

Our client is a real estate finance business with over 50 years of experience, working with commercial, development finance, bridging loans, mass BTL. They are looking for a finance analyst to join their team.
This is an opportunity to work alongside a Director in the business, with years of experience. You will support the Director/Relationship Manager in getting real estate finance deals over the line. It’s a great opportunity to progress in a sector which can be incredibly lucrative.
Responsibilities of a Finance Analyst;
- Real estate debt structuring and deal analysis.
- Undertake quality information gathering and efficiently submit new applications to lenders.
- Liaise and engage with all property professionals (lender, client, lawyers, accountants and valuers) through the various stages of the application process.
- Professionally manage client expectations and find solutions to problems.
- Complete internal pre completion and post completion file due diligence.
- Managing a diary and coordinating meetings for the Director.
- Onboarding with new lenders.
Requirements to Become a Finance Analyst here;
- Knowledge and ideally experience in one of the following; Commercial Finance, Buy to Let Mortgages, Specialist Finance, Real Estate Finance.
- Experience in a whole of market environment, working with a variety of lenders would be preferred but not essential.
- Confidence of managing large transactions of up to £25 million.
- Maintaining a good knowledge of systems.
- Based in Thames Valley.
