Salary: 25k-30k + commission (OTE 50k)

We are working with a well-established Life Insurance company that specialise in life and critical illness cover, and they’re looking for a Insurance Advisor to join their team in Farnborough. The role is incredibly supportive and will allow you to gain your R05 qualification while also developing your career.

Duties as a Insurance Advisor include:

  • Contacting multiple qualified leads per day to discuss life assurance products.
  • Overcoming customer concerns and addressing any questions regarding life insurance.
  • Conducting fact-finding conversations to understand clients’ needs and preferences.
  • Searching through a range of market-leading providers to find the best policy for each client.
  • Highlighting the key benefits of our life insurance products and services.
  • Arranging life insurance policies in line with our sales process.
  • Continuously learning and retaining product knowledge to provide accurate information.
  • Adhering to all FCA guidelines and regulations to ensure compliant sales practices.

What you need to have to become a Insurance Advisor here;

  • Proven telesales experience with a focus on targets.
  • Experience in a financial company and knowledge of FCA guidelines.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ambitious and driven in a sales environment.
  • Team player with a professional and positive attitude.
  • Willingness to upskill and pursue professional development.
