Job Title: Mortgage Administrator

Location: Solihull

Salary: £25k + bonuses + progression

We are working with a Solihull based Mortgage Brokerage specialising in new build mortgages, and they are looking for a Mortgage Administrator to join their team. They are extremely busy at the moment and are looking for someone with experience to join the team and hit the ground running.

Experience required for a Mortgage Administrator to come on board;

  • A background as a mortgage administrator/case manager is required for this role.
  • Experience with keying in on lender portals is ideal.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Mortgage Administrator Duties;

  • Provide an effective and efficient support service to the department and dedicated consultants.
  • Responsible for administering and progressing applications, managing leads, and liaising with 3rd parties, clients and consultants.
  • Ensure smooth communication with solicitors/lenders/brokers

  • Basic salary of £25k + quarterly bonuses (OTE 27k in your first year).
