Mortgage Broker

Salary: 30k – 35k basic + 10% – 20% commission

Location: East London

Our client are a mortgage broker based in East London that work with a variety of estate agents and accountancy practices. Regarding this particular role – they are partnered with a busy estate agents. As a broker you’d be covering 2 different branches for the estate agents. They are estate agents with HNW properties and are currently generating 60+ leads a month.

Responsibilities of a Mortgage Broker;

• Advise customers on their whole of market mortgage options, using their in-house software.
• Ensure customers are fully informed throughout the process.
• Work alongside their case management team to ensure the mortgage application is smooth for the customer.
• Work closely with the estate agency team, creating a lasting relationship.
• Create and improve the process with the estate agents, to ensure leads are being fed across properly.
• Ensure all of your work is completed to high standards and is compliant.

Requirements to Become a Mortgage Broker here;

• Must hold full CeMAP qualification.
• At least 3 years’ experience in mortgage and protection advice (whole of market)
• Estate agent background (preferred but not essential)
• Based across 2 branches (East London)
