Job Title: Mortgage Processor

Location: Sheffield

Salary: Basic salary + OTE 20k (uncapped commission)

A well-established mortgage broker based in Sheffield has been growing year on year for the past 20+ years. With a strong team of almost 50, due to business levels that are coming in, the company are keen on hiring a few extra members of staff. They are looking for a Mortgage Processor, the advantage of working here is that the company can put you through your CeMAP and offer you a mortgage advisory position, if that is a route you would be open to taking. Obviously if you wanted to stay on the processor team, or move into case management, that is completely up to you.

Requirements of a Mortgage Processor;

• Process mortgages with the aim of achieving early mortgage offers
• Input new client data to our custom-built CRM system
• Liaise with clients and other parties to collect processing information for
clients’ mortgages

To become a Mortgage Processor here you must have;

– Some experience in the mortgage sector, ideally in processing mortgages
– The ability to multi task and work accurately yet quickly
– The confidence and telephone manner to try to help clients
– The ability to communicate effectively with others in the team
– A desire to be happy in work, helping others and breeding a culture of support
