Our client is looking for a highly successful experienced Estate Agent to join their Amersham Branch as a Senior Sales Manager.

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will need to:

• Create the largest active market share of any agent in the area
• Develop exceptional working relationships
• Performance managing through  1:1’s, reviews and meetings
• Influence results through team management & action planning

As a Senior Sales Manager you will need:

• Previous Estate Agency experience
• Proven track record of sales
• To manage a team to be motivated and enthusiastic
• Ideas and initiative around plans for market growth
