£25,000 – £28,000 basic (DOE)

A Sheffield based, high end furniture business specialising in premium products and professional client service. The company works with interior designers, private clients, celebrities and royalty. You will also have the opportunity to travel to various counties to see suppliers from time to time and even go to furniture shows in the likes of Italy, Denmark etc.
Trainee Account Manager Responsibilities;
- Working closely with a senior Account Manager through shadowing and mentoring
- Supporting day to day client communication (phone and email)
- Assisting with account management and following up enquiries
- Invoicing and order fulfilment
- Maintaining accurate client records and internal systems
- Preparing notes, reports and materials for meetings
- Learning negotiation, client engagement and account management processes
- General administrative and operational support to the sales team
Experience Needed to Become a Trainee Account Manager
- Experience in furniture sales is preferred but not required.
- Confident over the phone and able to communicate professionally.
- Strong written and spoken English with attention to detail.
- Organised, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Interest in business, account management, or professional services.
- Previous experience is not required.
