Job Details

Title: Mortgage Advisor
Salary: £25k basic + 25% commission
Location: Remote, must be based in London/South East
My client, a growing mortgage company based in Chelmsford, is looking for a Mortgage Advisor. They specialise in new homes and they are offering a great package experienced advisors! It is an employed role but there is also a self-employed option available.
Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities;
  • Advise customers on their whole of market mortgage options, using their unique in-house software.
  • Ensure customers are fully informed throughout the process.
  • Work alongside an impression admin department to ensure the mortgage application is smooth for the customer.
  • Help the team continue to innovate outstanding mortgage advice technology by trialling new ideas and processes.
Requirements to Become a Mortgage Advisor;
  • You MUST have your CeMAP qualification
  • At least 6 months experience as a Mortgage Advisor
  • Must be based in London or the South East area as they’ll need you to attend some company meetings
