Protection Advisor Responsibilities

• Contact and advise clients on suitable protection products.
• Conduct fact-finds and assess customers’ protection needs.
• Recommend appropriate life insurance, critical illness cover, income protection, and related products.
• Manage client relationships throughout the advice and application process.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Convert warm leads provided from existing mortgage clients into protection business.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and positive client outcomes.

Experience Needed to Become a Protection Advisor

• Previous experience as a protection advisor dealing with life insurance, critical illness and mortgage insurance.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A customer-focused approach with the ability to identify client needs.
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
• Ability to manage a pipeline and work efficiently to achieve results.
