We are working with a WOM brokerage based in Scotland who specialise in residential and commercial mortgages. They are a directly authorised firm looking for a mortgage & protection advisor to join their team. With ambitious growth plans and a strong internal referral network, this is an excellent opportunity for experienced advisors looking to increase their earnings while benefiting from quality lead generation and dedicated administrative support.

Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities;

• Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients.
• Manage cases from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Maximise opportunities by advising on both personal and business protection solutions.
• Build long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Work closely with internal teams, including commercial finance specialists, to benefit from cross-referral opportunities.
• Manage your own diary and workload while working remotely.
• Maintain excellent compliance and customer service standards throughout the advice process.

Experience needed to become a Mortgage Advisor;

• Previous experience as a self-employed Mortgage Advisor.
• Must have CAS status.
• Comfortable generating business from warm leads, referrals and existing client relationships.
