Salary
£30,000 – £35,000 basic (DOE) + uncapped commission
Location
Remote – must be based in the North West, East Midlands, West Midlands, or Southampton areas.

Our client is a well established mortgage brokerage looking for an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join their team. The business has built excellent relationships with major national house builders and benefits from a consistent flow of quality leads. Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities;
- Managing a pipeline of warm leads provided through national housebuilders and dedicated new build sites
- Advising clients on mortgage and remortgage options
- Building relationships with site staff, developers, and buyers
- Attending assigned developments regularly to generate opportunities
- Cross-referring clients for protection, GI, and solicitor services
- Managing your diary effectively, including evening/weekend appointments where required
- Delivering excellent customer service from enquiry through to completion
Experience needed to become a Mortgage Advisor;
- Must have previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor
- CAS status preferred
- Experience within new build mortgage advice highly desirable
- Based North West of England
