£70k – £80k OTE + uncapped commission structure
- 40% on company-provided leads
- 75% on self-generated business (rising to 85%)

Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities;
- Provide mortgage and protection advice to clients from qualified company leads and self-generated business
- Manage cases from initial enquiry through to completion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with introducers
- Develop and grow your own client bank over time
- Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company standards
- Work collaboratively within a high-performing team environment
- Proactively contribute to business growth through introducer relationships and networking
Experience Needed to Become a Mortgage Advisor;
- Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
- CAS status preferred
- Experience as a Mortgage Advisor/Broker
- Willing to travel to the Marlow office
- Comfortable working in a self-employed structure
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Motivated, target-driven and professional
- Ability to generate business and build introducer relationships
