Salary

• Self-employed commission only role.
• 60% -75% on self-generated business.
• 40% – 50% on company-generated leads.

An established, growing mortgage brokerage with a team of experienced advisers, modern offices and full compliance and administrative support. The business has built a strong reputation for developing advisers through a collaborative, hands-on environment while providing quality lead opportunities. Good lead sources activated for bilingual mortgage advisors such as Polish/Romanian or another Eastern European language.

Bilingual Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities;

• Provide mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in your local community.
• Generate business through your own client bank while making the most of company-provided leads.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the mortgage process.
• Work closely with the compliance and admin teams to ensure a smooth client journey.

Experience needed to become a Bilingual Mortgage Advisor;

• Experience as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor required.
• Ability to generate business or bring an existing client base is highly desirable.
• Fluent in English and either Polish, Romanian or another Eastern European language.
• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) with CAS preferred.
• Ideally based within commuting distance of Romford.
