Our client, a fast growing specialist lending firm with a high performing team, are looking for a Client Relationship Manager. The business focuses on buy-to-let and complex lending, including development finance, and is continuing to scale.

Client Relationship Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships from initial enquiry through to completion
- Act as a single point of contact, combining advisory, relationship management, and administrative responsibilities
- Handle warm inbound leads provided by the business
- Source suitable lenders and products across buy-to-let and complex lending cases (including development finance)
- Package and manage cases through to completion, ensuring a smooth client journey
- Maintain high levels of client service and communication throughout the process
- Work collaboratively within a multi-skilled team where all members contribute across the full client lifecycle
Experience needed to become a Client Relationship Manager:
- Must have proven client facing experience as a Mortgage Advisor or in a very similar role
- Strong knowledge of the mortgage market, ideally including buy-to-let and/or complex lending
- Experience sourcing lenders and managing cases end-to-end
