Package: £28,400 + bonus (OTE 35-40k)
A rapidly growing global financial technology platform is looking for a Customer Solutions Expert to join its Manchester-based Solutions Hub. You will be focused on helping people improve their financial wellbeing, working with high-quality inbound leads, innovative technology, and a supportive advisory team to deliver personalised financial solutions to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers who have already expressed interest in a loan and provide guidance on the best options
- Review customer details and recommend suitable loan products that meet their needs
- Use internal systems and tools to match customers with the most appropriate financial solutions
- Build rapport quickly and understand each customer’s goals to help them make confident financial decisions
- Work towards and exceed individual sales targets while delivering a positive customer experience
- Guide customers through each stage of the application process, ensuring everything runs smoothly
Skills required to become a Customer Solutions Expert:
- Experience in sales within a financial services/banking background is required.
- Knowledge of unsecured lending is beneficial.
- Motivation to work towards targets.
- Excellent customer service and rapport-building skills.
