Job Title: IFA Administrator

Location: London

Salary: Up to £30K

We are working with a successful IFA firm based in the City of London, and they’re looking for an experienced IFA Administrator to collaborate with and support the private wealth focused financial advisors. They are a successful company and are a Top 100 IFA firm- you will be offering complete administrative assistance to assist the financial planning process for the wealth side of the business. The company will also offer you study support for the CII Level 4 Diploma (R0 Exams).

IFA Administrator Duties;

  • Provide an effective and efficient support service to the department and dedicated financial planners.
  • Serving as the client’s point of contact and overseeing workflows to ensure the services are supplied promptly
  • Preparing client valuations and review packs
  • Using back office technology to guarantee complete and accurate client records

Experience required for an IFA Administrator to come on board;

  • At least 2 years’ experience as an administrator in an IFA/wealth management firm
  • Confidence when liaising with clients and producing documentation
  • Strong communication and IT skills
