Our client is an established financial services network offering a whole-of-market financial planning proposition with no panels or preferred providers. With around 150 advisers, the business provides compliance, PI cover, file checking, and full regulatory support, while maintaining a non-target-driven, low-interference environment. You will be supported to run and grow your own business with full autonomy.
Independent Financial Adviser Responsibilities
- Provide holistic, whole-of-market financial advice to clients
- Build and manage your own client bank
- Generate new business through self-sourcing or referrals
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards
- Manage client relationships and ongoing servicing
- Option to advise on mortgage business if desired
Experience needed to become an Independent Financial Adviser
- Competent Adviser Status (CAS)
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
- Proven experience in financial services
- Existing client bank or strong business plan for self-generation
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
