IFA Administrator Responsibilities
- Preparing annual review packs for clients
- Managing and maintaining client records on CRM systems
- Booking client appointments and managing advisers’ diaries
- Drafting and sending post review letters and follow up correspondence
- Maintaining accurate client documentation in line with regulatory standards
- Providing administrative support to Financial Advisers
- Assisting the wealth processing team with new business processing and provider chasing
Experience Needed to Become an IFA Administrator
- Previous experience within the Financial Services industry (essential)
- Strong organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- A professional, trustworthy, and team focused approach
