IFA Administrator Responsibilities

  • Preparing annual review packs for clients
  • Managing and maintaining client records on CRM systems
  • Booking client appointments and managing advisers’ diaries
  • Drafting and sending post review letters and follow up correspondence
  • Maintaining accurate client documentation in line with regulatory standards
  • Providing administrative support to Financial Advisers
  • Assisting the wealth processing team with new business processing and provider chasing

Experience Needed to Become an IFA Administrator

  • Previous experience within the Financial Services industry (essential)
  • Strong organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A professional, trustworthy, and team focused approach
