Founding Mortgage Advisor (Self-Employed)

Salary

• OTE £70,000 – £130,000+
  • Self-Generated Business: 70/30 split
  • Company-Provided Leads: 50/50 split

• Preference for candidates within 2 hours of Bedfordshire

Founding Advisor Responsibilities

• Generate and manage your own mortgage business pipeline initially
• Provide expert mortgage advice and end-to-end client support
• Build long-term client relationships aligned with a values-driven proposition
• Contribute to business growth and brand presence in early-stage development
• Transition into handling company-provided leads as they scale
• Support future hiring, mentoring, and team development
• Play a key role in shaping processes, culture, and strategy

Experience Needed to Become a Founding Advisor

• Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
• Proven track record of self-generating mortgage business
• Comfortable working in a start-up, self-employed environment
