A growing, Directly Authorised mortgage brokerage is looking for ambitious Mortgage Advisors who want to build their career, grow their own client bank and maximise their earning potential. The company provides pre-qualified residential and BTL leads through an established introducer, giving advisers access to a strong pipeline of business.

Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities;

• Advising clients on residential and BTL mortgage options
• Managing and progressing mortgage applications from initial enquiry through to completion
• Working with around 20 qualified leads per month, provided through a pre-qualifying introducer
• Converting leads into completed mortgage business
• Developing and maintaining your own client bank and self-generated business
• Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and introducers
• Ensuring all advice is compliant and meets regulatory requirements

Experience needed to become a Mortgage Advisor;

• Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor
• Strong residential and BTL mortgage experience
• Good knowledge of mortgage products and lender criteria
• Ideally, an existing client bank or experience generating your own business
• Ambitious and commercially minded, with a desire to continue growing your earnings and client base
