Mortgage Administrator Responsibilities;
- Supporting mortgage advisers with the administration of mortgage applications.
- Liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors, and other third parties.
- Managing documentation and ensuring files are accurate and compliant.
- Monitoring application progress and providing updates to clients and advisers.
- Maintaining internal systems and records.
- Assisting with general office administration duties as required.
Experience needed to become a Mortgage Administrator;
- Previous experience working as a Mortgage Administrator is required
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good knowledge of the mortgage process and lender requirements.
