Mortgage Administrator Responsibilities;

  • Supporting mortgage advisers with the administration of mortgage applications.
  • Liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors, and other third parties.
  • Managing documentation and ensuring files are accurate and compliant.
  • Monitoring application progress and providing updates to clients and advisers.
  • Maintaining internal systems and records.
  • Assisting with general office administration duties as required.

Experience needed to become a Mortgage Administrator;

  • Previous experience working as a Mortgage Administrator is required
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good knowledge of the mortgage process and lender requirements.
