Title: Mortgage Advisor

Location: Remote, ideally based locally to Derbyshire

Our client is a local whole of market mortgage brokerage, looking for a self-employed advisor to join them. Ideally you will have a partial client bank, although leads will be provided to help top your business up.

Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities;

• Advise customers on the best mortgage for them
• Ensure customers are fully informed throughout the process.
• Work alongside an impression admin department to ensure the mortgage application is smooth for the customer.
• Help the team continue to innovate outstanding mortgage advice technology by trialling new ideas and processes.

Experience needed to become a Mortgage Advisor;

• Minimum 1 years as a whole of market mortgage advisor
• CeMAP and CAS is required
