Salary
£37,500 – £42,000 basic salary + 10 – 20% commission
Location
Fully Remote – with one quarterly meeting in the London office.
Candidates can be based anywhere in the UK, although Southern-based brokers are preferred due to High Net Worth client exposure.

Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities;
- Handling High Net Worth mortgage enquiries from referred leads
- Managing leads provided by IFAs and corporate partnerships
- Delivering exceptional service to clients with high expectations
- Advising on mortgage and protection products
- Working efficiently from a substantial untapped back book
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and introducers
- Referring suitable clients to partnered IFAs
- Managing cases in a highly organised and professional manner
- Working closely with admin support to process applications efficiently
Experience needed to become a Mortgage Advisor;
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Mortgage Advisor
- Strong proven background in mortgage advising
- High Net Worth experience preferred
- Experience handling high-value property cases beneficial
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
