You will be part of a structured, supportive setup including a dedicated qualification team and case management function, allowing you to focus on advising and converting clients.
Clear progression pathways are in place, allowing successful advisors to expand into bridging finance, refurbishment funding, and commercial finance over time.
Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities;
- Manage client relationships from initial appointment through to completion
- Provide expert advice on mortgage solutions
- Support clients with both straightforward and complex BTL structures
- Work closely with internal teams including case managers and qualification teams
- Handle portfolio structuring, limited company borrowing, and non-standard cases
- Maintain high compliance standards and deliver client-focused outcomes
- Manage and convert a live pipeline of qualified leads (all leads provided)
- Deliver consistent performance in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Experience needed to become a Mortgage Advisor;
- CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Mortgage Broker
- Strong understanding of Buy to Let lending and property finance is beneficial
- Proven ability to manage and convert leads into completions
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Target-driven mindset with a professional, client-first approach
