Title: Mortgage Advisor

Salary: £30-35K basic + commission

Location: Birmingham

We are working with a specialist mortgage brokerage based in Birmingham. This well established firm has been running for 20+ years working within the adverse credit and complex market. It is essential that you have some experience working with complex/adverse credit cases.

Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities;

• Advise customers on their whole of market mortgage options, using their unique in-house software.
• Ensure customers are fully informed throughout the process.
• Work alongside their case management team to ensure the mortgage application is smooth for the customer.
• Help the team continue to innovate outstanding mortgage advice technology by trialling new ideas and processes.
• Ensure all of your work is completed to high standards and is compliant.

Requirements to become a Mortgage Advisor;

• CeMAP qualified
• At least 12 months experience as a mortgage advisor, ideally with a complex mortgage background
• Have achieved competent advisor status (CAS)
• Have an exceptional telephone manner

• Up to £35,000 basic (based on experience) + commission. Year 1 OTE 80K+!!
