Title: New Build Mortgage & Protection Advisor
Location: Fully remote but ideally need to be based in the South East/London
Our client is a WOM brokerage who specialises in New Builds but they also deal with FTB Home-Movers, Shared Ownership, BTL mortgages. This company also deals with Life insurance and Buildings and Contents insurance so they are looking for a mortgage and protection advisor to join their team.
To note: You will have to work weekends every 2-3 weeks, this is just on call for emails and calls.
New Build Mortgage & Protection Advisor Responsibilities;
- Advise customers on the best mortgage for them
- Ensure customers are fully informed throughout the process.
- Work alongside an impression admin department to ensure the mortgage application is smooth for the customer.
- Help the team continue to innovate outstanding mortgage advice technology by trialling new ideas and processes.
Experience needed to become a New Build Mortgage & Protection Advisor;
- Ideally 2 years as a new build mortgage advisor
- CeMAP is required
