Due to continued growth and a high volume of organic estate agency and professional introducer leads, the firm is expanding it’s mortgage team and looking for experienced, CeMAP qualified Mortgage Advisors.
The business works closely with high end introducers, generating consistent, quality mortgage enquiries. All leads are organic, no purchased data, resulting in strong conversion rates and reliable pipeline. Advisors are assigned dedicated introducers, meaning leads are not shared internally. Current Mortgage Advisors are writing £200k–£400k per year in mortgage business.
Compliance is pragmatic and supportive, allowing experienced Mortgage Brokers to begin writing business immediately without academy style on boarding. The culture is professional, friendly and non-corporate, with strong admin and operational support.
Advisors can choose between employed or self-employed models, with flexibility to transition between structures over time.
Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities:
- Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice
- Manage mortgage cases from enquiry through to completion
- Develop and maintain strong introducer and estate agency relationships
- Visit introducers regularly to maximise lead flow
- Cross-sell protection and related financial services
- Maintain compliance within a directly authorised environment
