- £26k – £28k basic salary
- Commission structure and quarterly bonus on top of basic

- Multiple office locations including Derby, Staffordshire, Uttoxeter, Burton-on-Trent, Lichfield, Loughborough and surrounding areas

Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities
- Provide mortgage and protection advice to clients
- Work with high-quality leads generated through estate agency branches
- Maximise protection opportunities
- Maintain high levels of compliance and submit fully compliant files
- Build and manage relationships across a wide client base
- Utilise existing back book to generate additional business
Experience needed to become a Mortgage Advisor
- Fully qualified
- Previous experience in mortgage and protection advising
- Strong track record of achieving targets
- Good understanding of compliance requirements
- Ability to convert protection business effectively
