Mortgage Broker

Salary

• Basic salary: £30,000 – £33,000
• 10 – 20% commission
• Expected Year 1 OTE: £55,000 – £60,000+

Location

Hybrid role – Ideal candidates will be based around Crawley, Gatwick or Brighton areas.

A growing financial services business specialising in mortgage and protection advice, alongside established commercial and real estate finance divisions. The company currently operates with a small regulated advisory team but has ambitious expansion plans, supported by increasing lead flow and future recruitment growth.

Mortgage Broker Responsibilities;

• Advising clients on suitable mortgage and protection products
• Managing cases from initial enquiry through to completion
• Building relationships with introducers and clients
• Handling both company-provided and self-generated leads
• Delivering excellent customer service and compliant advice
• Working closely with the wider finance and property teams

Experience needed to become a Mortgage Broker;

• Previous mortgage and protection advice experience required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Motivated by commission and business development opportunities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing environment
