My client, a well established Mortgage Broker based near St Neots, are looking for a Mortgage Manager to join them and help develop and inspire their growing team of mortgage advisors.
Experience needed for the role as a Mortgage Manager:
- 2 years experience in a managerial position within mortgage advice
- Experience as a mortgage advisor from a whole of market background
- CeMAP qualified
- Have a drivers license
Duties as a Mortgage Manager include:
- Ensure all advisor are working efficiently, converting leads and hitting KPI’s.
- Working with Director on sales strategy to help build the business.
- Training of new advisors
- Motivate and manage the team of Mortgage Advisors
- Achieve business targets and maintain compliant standard
