Mortgage & Protection Adviser

Salary: £25,000-£30,000 basic + commission

Our client is an established mortgage and protection business is looking to expand its adviser team across Northamptonshire area. With strong relationships across local estate agencies and referral partners, the business offers a supportive environment for advisers to grow their client bank, develop their skills and maximise their earning potential.

Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities;

• Provide whole-of-market mortgage advice to clients, finding suitable products for their individual circumstances.
• Provide mortgage and protection advice, identifying opportunities to protect clients and their families.
• Build relationships with estate agents and referral partners to generate new business.
• Proactively develop a pipeline of new clients and build a long-term client bank.
• Identify additional opportunities across wills, business protection, private medical insurance and solicitor referrals.
• Manage mortgage cases from initial enquiry through to completion, maintaining high standards of compliance and client care.
• Work closely with administrative support to ensure cases progress efficiently.
• Follow up with clients and referral partners to maximise business opportunities.

Experience needed to become a Mortgage Advisor;

• At least 1 year experience as a Mortgage Advisor.
• Whole-of-market mortgage knowledge and the ability to manage cases independently.
• Experience in protection advice, or a willingness to develop your protection knowledge with training and support available.
