Salary – £34k basic (DOE) + uncapped commission (Realistic OTE £52k+)

Mortgage & Protection Adviser Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on suitable mortgage and protection products to meet their needs.
• Deliver outstanding client service and maintain long-term relationships.
• Work closely with dedicated admin and paraplanning support to ensure a smooth process.
• Achieve strong protection conversion rates and consistent results.
• Manage a busy pipeline of warm leads efficiently.

Experience Needed to Become a Mortgage & Protection Adviser:

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser.
• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified.
