Mortgage & Protection Advisor

Location – Rochester

We are working with a WOM brokerage based in Rochester. They have a high street store so all leads come through the door, or organically through referrals, word of mouth and the website. They specialise in Self-employed Mortgages, Limited Company but also cover First Time Buyers, BTL, Home Movers and HNW mortgages. You will also do the protection side of the business as well.

Please note this is a Self Employed role.

Mortgage & Protection Advisor Responsibilities;

• Liaise with lenders to secure competitive mortgage rates
• Stay updated on mortgage products, policies, and regulations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
• Must be able to manage own diary

Requirements to become a Mortgage & Protection Advisor;

• 2+ years Mortgage & protection Advisor experience is essential
• Fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent
• Must be able to manage own workload and stay organised
