Paraplanner

Salary: £25-30K basic

Location: Ellesmere Port

We are working with a well established Mortgage & Protection brokerage that specialises in new build properties. They also advise on remortgages, shared ownership, and BTL cases. The firm has built an outstanding reputation in the market, reflected in its 5 star client reviews. They are now looking for a Paraplanner to join their team and support the Mortgage & Protection Advisors.

Paraplanner Responsibilities;

• Keying and managing mortgage applications
• Producing suitability reports
• Liaising with clients throughout the mortgage and protection process
• Speaking with lenders, solicitors, estate agents, and protection providers
• Chasing outstanding documentation and progressing cases efficiently
• Supporting Mortgage & Protection Advisers with day to day case management

Experience needed to become a Paraplanner;

• Previous experience in a Paraplanner, mortgage administration, or adviser support role
• Strong understanding of the mortgage and protection process
• Excellent communication skills with clients and third parties
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
