Private Medical Insurance Administrator Responsibilities
- Administer and manage Private Medical Insurance policies
- Support advisors with policy servicing and client administration
- Process new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments
- Liaise with insurers and providers
- Handle client queries efficiently and professionally
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry standards
Experience Needed to Become a Private Medical Insurance Administrator
- Ideally 2 years experience in Private Medical Insurance
- Candidates with experience in insurance administration or mortgage administration will also be considered
- Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills
