• Around £30,000 pro rata basic salary

Company

Our client is a growing and flexible mortgage and protection business looking to strengthen its protection offering. The company provides all leads through its mortgage brokers and is seeking a motivated Protection Advisor to support clients with life insurance, critical illness cover, and related protection products. Initially a part-time opportunity, the role has clear potential to develop into a full-time position as the business continues to grow.

Protection Advisor Responsibilities

• Advising clients on life insurance, critical illness cover, and related protection products
• Working with warm leads generated by the mortgage broker team
• Building strong client relationships and identifying suitable protection solutions
• Maintaining compliance and delivering excellent customer service
• Supporting the growth of the company’s protection division

Experience needed to become a Protection Advisor

• Previous experience in protection insurance or financial services preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible workload
• Ideal for candidates returning to work or seeking part-time/flexible hours
