Part-Time or Full-Time | 4 days in the office, 1 day WFH
Office Hours: 8-4 Monday-Thursday, 8-3 Friday (1 hour lunch)

Placing Faces are a specialist recruitment agency working across the Mortgage, Financial Advice and Specialist Finance sectors. Established for over 10 years, we’re a small, sociable and ambitious team that works closely with businesses and candidates across the UK.
We’re looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team and provide essential administrative support to our Recruitment Director, helping manage candidate outreach, email campaigns and day-to-day recruitment administration.
This is an administration-focused role suited to someone who is highly organised, good at working with systems and making sure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. You’ll work directly with our Recruitment Director, helping organise and run candidate outreach campaigns across email and LinkedIn. The role is primarily administrative, rather than a traditional recruitment or sales position. However, the ideal candidate will want to move into recruitment in the future.
Recruitment Administrator responsibilities:
– Adding candidates and contacts to email campaigns and recruitment databases.
– Setting up and managing email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
– Sending messages to candidates and managing follow-up activity.
– Keeping candidate records and contact information accurate and up to date
– Sending interview confirmation to candidates
– Organising campaign lists and ensuring the right people receive the right communications.
– Monitoring responses and flagging relevant replies for follow-up
– Managing routine administrative tasks and keeping everything organised
– Supporting the Recruitment Director with ongoing recruitment projects and campaign activity.
– You’ll be working across several systems and platforms, so confidence using computers, learning new software and following processes is important.
We’re Looking For from a Recruitment Administrator:
– Organisation and attention to detail are essential.
– We’re looking for someone who enjoys administrative work and takes pride in keeping things organised.
– This role involves a lot of repeatable tasks, so we’re looking for someone who is happy working methodically, maintaining accuracy and consistently getting things done.
– Comfortable carrying out regular, administration-heavy tasks
– Confident using computers, email and different software systems
– A clear and professional written communicator
– Reliable, methodical and good at following processes
– Proactive, with the ability to manage your workload independently
– Most importantly, we need a friendly, approachable person that is and happy working within a small team
Previous recruitment experience isn’t essential but certainly a bonus.
Hours and Salary for the Recruitment Administrator
We’re open to both part-time and full-time arrangements for the right person.
Part-time: Ideally spread across 3–4 days per week
Full-time: Also considered for candidates seeking a full-time position
Your work will make a genuine difference to the day-to-day running of the business. If you’re organised, enjoy administration and are looking for a flexible role within a small, supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.
Please note: We see a high volume of applications for the Recruitment Administrator posts. Therefore we do not have the time to reply to everybody I am afraid. If succesful, one of us will be in touch with you.
It will really help you stand out, if you can attach a form of cover letter/cover note, just telling us a bit about yourself and why you would be good for this particular role 🙂
