Salary
Commission structure with strong earning potential:

  • 60% commission on company provided leads
  • 75% commission on self-generated business
  • Retainer/income support available for up to 3 months (subject to experience and previous earnings)

Fully remote with preference for advisors based across the North West.

The business has strong relationships with introducers and receives a consistent stream of organic leads from estate agency partners, IFAs, and web sources. They also offer specialist services across later life lending, bridging finance, and commercial finance, creating additional earning opportunities for advisers through referrals or specialist placements.

Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities

  • Advising clients on suitable mortgage and protection solutions
  • Managing cases from enquiry through to completion
  • Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Working with company-provided leads and self-generated opportunities
  • Identifying referral opportunities for bridging, later life, and commercial finance
  • Working closely with administration and support teams to maximise efficiency
  • Delivering excellent customer service and compliant advice at all times

Experience Needed to Become a Mortgage Advisor

  • Minimum 2 years’ mortgage broking experience
  • Proven ability to manage mortgage cases independently
  • CAS status preferred or recent advising background
  • Estate agency brokerage experience highly desirable
  • Existing client bank beneficial but not essential
  • Motivated self-starter who works well within a team environment
  • Experience across specialist finance areas advantageous but not essential
