Salary; £25k – £30k basic (DOE) + uncapped commission

Our client is looking for a highly motivated Telephone BDM to join their busy estate agency office in Cheshunt.
This is a phone based role, focusing on converting outbound leads. You do not need previous estate agency or sales experience, they are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being on the phone and can hold professional conversations.
Full training is provided, along with ongoing coaching and clear earning potential.
Telephone BDM Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to warm leads and database contacts
- Following up enquiries to maximise conversion
- Building rapport with vendors and landlords
- Handling objections confidently and professionally
- Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
- Working to clear daily and monthly targets
Experience Needed to Become a Telephone BDM:
- Mortgage/Business Development experience is preferred but not essential
- Confident, articulate and well spoken on the phone
- Enjoys talking to people and building relationships
