Title: Trainee Mortgage Advisor
Salary: 22K-25K
Location: Gloucester
Our client is a highly rated independent Estate Agency based in Gloucestershire, and they’re looking to take on another employed Trainee Mortgage Advisor based out of one of their branches.
Your role will be to speak to clients on the phone, conduct fact-finds and qualify them for a mortgage.
Trainee Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities;
- Recording and updating the lead enquiries on our database
- Conducting fact finds
- Emailing a confirmation of appointment to the client
- Liaising with the mortgage lender, client, valuer and solicitor and keeping the mortgage advisor informed
- Learning from the Mortgage Advisors and widening their knowledge and skills
- Taking daily direction and guidance from the Mortgage Advisors
Requirements to become a Trainee Mortgage Advisor;
- CeMAP qualified
- At least 1 years’ experience currently in a mortgage/finance related role
- You must be able to commute to Gloucester as this is a fully office-based role
