This is a fully office based role so you must be based locally to Farnham

Trainee Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities;

• Supporting Mortgage Advisors with administrative tasks
• Managing client documentation and maintaining accurate records
• Liaising with lenders, solicitors, and clients
• Assisting with the mortgage application process from start to finish
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations
• Progressing towards becoming a fully qualified Mortgage Advisor

Experience needed to become a Trainee Mortgage Advisor;

• Mortgage administration experience is essential
• CeMAP qualification is essential
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• A genuine interest in building a career within the mortgage industry
