Job Title – Trainee Mortgage Advisor
Salary – £195k – £23k starting salary, £26k + commission once qualified (40k+ OTE)
Progression – They will put you through your CeMAP qualifications and get you into an advisory position!
We’re working with a successful mortgage company in Maidenhead, voted Firm of the Year, who are looking for a Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join their growing team. This role is perfect for a confident and motivated individual who has recently finished their A-Levels or University degree, as full training is provided.
Some Duties for the Trainee Mortgage Advisor;
- Recording and updating the lead enquiries on our database
- Conducting fact finds
- Making and maintaining good relationships with local Estate Agent partners
- Liaising with the mortgage lender, client, valuer and solicitor and keeping the mortgage advisor informed
- Taking daily direction and guidance from the Mortgage Advisors
Skills required for the Trainee Mortgage Advisor;
- You must be a university graduate (can be completing course this year) or hold A-Levels
- Great verbal and written communication
- Good telephone manner
- Ability to work towards targets – a background in sales or finance may be an advantage
- Enthusiasm to learn and a drive to progress – they’re looking for people who are motivated and confident!
